Free People Tunic/Dress

This bold, beautiful and flowing top can be worn as a short dress or as a tunic top over leggings. The balloon sleeves and body section have strategically placed peekaboo detailing, as shown in the close-up photos. The hem is longer in back, but short in front. It’s a size large, but intentionally oversized, so could fit a range of sizes. Like new.
