Utility Kilt - unisex but sized for man

sized in men's at 38" waist (waist size in kilts are larger than regular pants sizes-my husband wears a 34 pant, but a 38 kilt) 24" from waist to hem **Please research how to measure a utility kilt before purchasing.** Utility kilts measure and fit differently than a custom wool tartan. My husband no longer needs this one as he bought a kilt in my family tartan. ❤️
