New with small flaw. There is a fray spot with a small hole at the bottom of the zipper. A good seamstress could repair this easily. From my research, this one was never put into production. You could have a possible one of a kind piece here. The sample tag was not filled out but I believe it is cotton or a cotton/linen blend. It is semi-sheer. It was sized but the brand tag was marked through. Approximate measurements: 14 1/2" waist, 44" length. Split is 28" long. Banded waist, side zip with hook and eye. Not sure on the cleaning instructions but I would def dry clean if it was mine. B59-6472
