Big & bold jeweled skull brooch—very McQueenesque

I don’t know much about this brooch—it’s gorgeous; substantial & relatively heavy for its size. The setting is gold-plated, and the interior looks like carved jet but is likely resin. The skull is wearing a jeweled goldtone crown. It is FABULOUS, and I paid a lot for it. I’ve had it for years—it’s always been pinned to the lapel of my overcoat, but you’d think it’s new.
