Vintage early 1960s skirt suit

Too small for me now! Cute little black vintage suit with pencil skirt. Early 1960s with bound buttonholes, elbow sleeves and fabric with raised embroidered abstract flowers (not metallic or sparkly, I am just using strong direct light to photograph). Im unsure of the fabric. This suit is timeless! Missing top button (I always just wore it open) and a smudge on the right sleeve. I haven’t tried to remove. Measurements in inches: Lady jacket bust: 17 Wiggle skirt: waist 12, hips 18, length 23 I have a couple more vintage tailored suits from around the 1950s to share if you are interested.
