This is an Umgee Tiered Bell Sleeves Off the Shoulder Top that is a size Large. It is 65% Cotton and 35% Polyester. It is a very Boho or Hippie Style. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-18" and the length is 23". It is a golden musturd color. Very pretty and in great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
