@triciagrossini so sorry for the delay. Yes the conversion is men’s 6.5 to women’s 7.5. I am a true 7.5 in Adidas Sambas, Gazelles and Sambaes.
I verified through many difference shoe sizing sources to confirm this is how Adidas sizes their men/women’s shoes IF they are listed as ‘men’s’ or ‘women’s’. If they are ‘unisex’, the men’s and women’s sizes will both be listed on the tags. Hope that helps. Let me know if you are still interested.

@apark617 hi. I posted some additional pics. The original posted pics are from the person I purchased the shoes from. I think the original seller had the shoes on a shelf for a bit cuz they arrived a bit dusty. I’ve since cleaned them up, wore them once and decided they weren’t for me.
