nenelou22 @mprice843 they are. I don’t know how tall the model in the photo is but if you go to citizens of humanities website. Those jeans are still on there or any place that sells citizens of humanity. And they are all hitting at that level. But of course it depends on how tall you are. Some of those are 27 and 26 1/2 according to the website as well. Style is a capri like style.
