This shirt is limited edition and was released to coincide with the promotion of the 2020 Olympics that never happened, so most people never got to see this shirt. When the Olympics happened in 2021, these shirts were either sold to the few people that were able to buy them or sent back to Nike since they had been on the sales floor beyond the promotion period.
