Beautiful sailor front button palazzo pants in black polyester. Actual measurements laying flat waist 13” Rise 14” 21” hip Inseam 26” 17” flare. The thick poly fabric has a bit of give as I’m a 27 and the fit well. Fair vintage condition with some pulling and thread pulling as shown in pictures but you can’t tell when these beautiful pants are worn. Tag doesn’t say much but I’ve got a hunch these babies are from the seventies and made in the USA.
