Dress has a tie waist for adjustable fit; tie is attached to the dress, does not use belt loops. Dress has a zip back, but a slightly flexible fabric. The top layer of the patterned fabric is a delicate, crepe-y fabric, with the black slip underneath to ensure opaqueness, but remains light. Size L.
