Hi. I have this sweater in a medium in another color and the chest measurement is closer to 19 inches. Did this shrink after washing since it’s only 17 inches? I love the blue color! Thanks.

I measured lining flat in my Photo Booth and updated the photo. Big difference when lying flat. Will be more mindful of this in future.
