Brand new Lulus semi formal dress

Never worn, tags still attached, royal blue Lulus semiformal wrap dress! It’s not the exact dress shown on the model, but that was the closest one I could find on their website; this one is very similar except is closer to a short sleeve than spaghetti straps. Size S
