Wayward Fancies eShakti Custom Dress

I found this at a higher end resale shop. I wore it for halloween…i went as a snowglobe! The movement on the dress is amazing. The main part is very stiff, but the pieces on it move. Small mark on back…but it the end of the fabric, so its the fabric not an actual mark (see pic). Does not have a size, but fit me as a perfect 14 at the time. Dress has cascading “waterfall ruffles”. Thats they only way I can describe it.
