Brand new with tags pleated skirt by Tibi. Size S. Perfect condition. Still in plastic cover. Current season. this is a dark navy blue though looks a little lighter in the photos. Never worn. This is an extra small but the waist band is elastic so it's very forgiving. Retails for $435 and not on sale anywhere currently. I'm 5'4" and if worn on my waist it falls below my knee sort of mid calf area. I'd call this a midi skirt. super flattering and versatile for work, parties, travel. Light as a feather. Becasue of the pleats it can be folded and arrive wrinkle free. I also have one in a size XS availalbe in another listing.
