Very sadly this is too tight for comfort for me. Flat 28, can be stretched further easily but that depends on your comfort level. The crescent buckles are gold and silver toned, and mirror reflective. I’ve never seen another one like this. I consider taking off the buckle but I feel it deserves a life as is.
