This is a fitted and true to XS size if layering over sweaters. Great for a 00-2. I think it’s good for a size 4 if not wearing heavy sweaters. This has a water resistantant outer shell with heavy down lining so it’s ultra warm. The wind won’t blow through this and rain won’t soak the down. There is a tiny bit of pulling on the knit cuffs (can’t see from outside) that line the outer cuffs. Please note that there is no hood. This has a very adjustable drawstring waist. Inner large zippered pocket. Two outer zippered pockets. Zippers on lower side seams to open up for walking. Double main zipper works well. Cute quilted detailing on sleeves.
