Y2K Seduction dress

Very cool vintage seduction dress. It used to be all white, but I died the dress black and left the ties white so they stand out and create this rib like pattern. The dresss is much too small for me now so this is it not zipped at all. The dress has padded cups and a full cotton lining. Rough flat measurements are 14 inches for the bust, 11 for the waist, and 15 for the hips. There is a bit of stretch to the fabric and some flexibility due to the laces but not a lot.
