Vintage Bill The Cat Russell Athletic Sweatshirt Adult Large White USA Comics *

This is a very rare promotional sweatshirt for a few comics that were done in the 90's. The sweatshirt is on a Russell Athletic tag and was made in the USA. We washed this twice to try and get the spots on the sleeves out, but the best we could do is make them lighter and less visible. We did not attempt to soak it so that might work.
