Blue outer skirt, tiered tulle underskirt, and ivory lining for LOTS of floof. First pic shows true color - the fabric is slightly iridescent but it is a perfect eggshell blue with no fading. 13in across chest with approx 4 more inches in cups. 12in across natural waist, 13.5in at waist seam. 59in long, slightly longer in back. Approx modern XS. Condition: several small spots and pinholes, shown in pics. Fairly unobtrusive and the zip, seams, boning, and hems are all structurally sound.
