Like new db established 1962 2 layer chevron dress

I purchased this dress to wear for a wedding and never did. I absolutely love the style and color combination! This has the under dress that is solid black with measurements of 15 inches pit to pit and 31 1/2 inches from shoulder to bottom of dress. This inner layer has adjustable spaghetti straps. The outer layer is so beautiful. It looks handmade! The measurements for this is 16 1/2 inches pit to pit and 36 inches from shoulder to bottom of dress. This dress has a belt with belt loops.
