NWT "Taylor" black dress size 12

New with the tag, BUT the belt is not good, the outer size of the belt (fabric) looks fine, but the inner lining is synthetic/PU and it's damaged so you will need a new belt and that's an easy step. The dress itself is incredible, super nice fabrics with slightley firm stretch, gives great shape. you will be happy with this dress. Measurements are included in the pictures.
