Vintage reversible clutch

I don't know how old it is , no labels, but it is a truly unique clutch. One side has black velvet, and the other is a black background with a touch of gold sparkling bits. Buttons on ends with elastic loops for closure. Zipper pouches. See photos, ask questions.
