This bag is in POOR condition as it was well loved It has various and numerous scratches and even many places on the front, sides, and back where the leather is rubbed down. All four corners have the leather rubbed down, all the hardware is scratched The bag has some separation of the leather where the outer black protective leather has worn down and cracked to reveal the brown dried up structure underneath this is the last picture. The top zipper does work as you can see in photos of the bag zipped and not zipped. However it is difficult to catch to zipper. This is a good bag for someone who wants a coach bag but doesn't want to be careful with the bag, or someone who can make repairs to the bag. The inside of the bag is in good condition.
