This was originally part of a 3-piece set, this is just the chiffon cardigan/jacket. It’s a gorgeous blue and higher in the front and longer in the back. The front ends at about 34” and the back is about 41” long. Sleeve length is 18.5" from the shoulders, and this has shoulder pads (not removable).
