The painting in this sale is a depiction of a Santo Dominga pottery jar. Included is an original excavated pottery shard. The shard, is dated back to 1100-1250 A.D. Measurements Framed - 10 1/2 x 13 1/2" Sight - 6 1/2" x 6 " Born in Texas, Michael McCullough was educated at West Texas State University where he earned a B.S. and a Master's Degree. He and his wife made their home in Albuquerque where he paints the changing landscape and also creates Indian-style pottery with intricate designs. He is a member of the Choctaw Indian Nation in Oklahoma
