Vintage Habits Black & White Polka Dot Button Skirt Dress

Good vintage condition does have some spots mainly around the back of neck and sleeves i haven’t tried getting them out so will probably come out in wash. Habits vintage black and white polka dot button skirt dress with shoulder pads. Gathered at shoulders/ chest with small snap button closure at chest and the buttons on the skirt do unbutton so easy to get on and off! Says it’s a size 14 S but fits like a medium actually it fits me and i’m about 5’8 usually wear L/ XL so i was surprised! added pit to pit measure as well and length is about “36 inches 100 % rayon
