This is an opal bracelet that was gold plated but is very worn on the gold plating. From the top when you wear it it still looks very pretty and has little channel “diamonds “. I have not tested the diamonds. So there could be CZ. It is marked what looks to be 925 and the initials or trademark CI. Length is 7 inches
