sibesaldana Hi. Pendleton is now using materials other than 100% wool for some items ( some are a blend of wool and cotton) , the stuff made in El Salvador is the affordable line since the cost of manufacturing is low, the vest is nice but wool is the signature fabric of choice for Pendleton garments and collectors
