Pokemon English 2003 Rocket's Mewtwo Jumbo Oversized Winner Best Promo Card

PLEASE Ask questions BEFORE buying. USA shipping only. NO RETURNS. Pokemon English Rocket's Mewtwo 2003 card. Over Sized Card, it's About 8" inches tall × nearly 6" inches wide. Card has a plain finish (Not shiny anywhere). It has scuffs & a few indents, has wear on the edges, & storage wear. (I've tried picturing the indents & scuffs, but these photos are the best I can do). I truely don't think it's ANYWHERE near "mint", more like fair-good shape.
