@risahernandez hello , the waist is 30 inch when opened and 15in buttoned. I completely forgot that I took the skirt to my tailor a couple of months back to have the waist taken out a bit because it was too tight and I really loved the skirt. Then unfortunately just never wore it but There are 2 small V cutouts at the seam that you can not see once you have it on. For that I’ll take another $20 off the price. I can send you pics if you’d like.
