Purchased directly from Calpak in March of 2024. Used once and worked great, but it then stayed in my closet bc I keep grabbing for my favorite backpack. There’s no real sign of use but it’s not brand new since I used it once and it has been sitting in my closet. No flaws. I included info about the bag from the website. Chocolate color.
