New with tags! The skirt has a slightly elastic waistband with a zipper side closure. The lining is only lined down to a mini/midi length (above knees/knee length - see pic in sunlight). The overlying skirt fabric is obviously sheer, when worn. The waistband is sewn oddly, so that it doesn’t lie flat UNLESS the skirt is being worn.
