Retrolicious "Raining cats" vintage-style swing dress (S)

This white vintage-style cotton swing dress by Retrolicious (S) has a pattern of black cats / red umbrellas. The dress is strapless and zips in the back. It's 100% cotton, made in the USA, and has never been worn. Why: The small is a SMALL. So unfortunately while it fit perfectly in the waist, it was too small in the chest for me. I kept it as an aspirational item, hoping against all hope that I would somehow magically fit into it. Alas, that is not happening, so here we are.
