All Magnolia Pearl items are intentionally heavily distressed: sunfading, hand mending, sandblasting, patches, fraying, pilling, rips, paint stains, obvious crooked stitching, holes, shredded fabric with hanging threads, discoloration, mixed colored sizes of mismatched buttons, raw edges, dirt & oil stains, bleaching to make them look threadbare, worn & vintage. There is also a chemical factory scent from the distressing process.
