Mardi Gras parade dance costume celebration leotard

Vintage green ART STONE sequin stretchy leotard with shimmery green garland fringe at the shoulders and arms. I purchased this leotard in New Orleans. I assume it was previously used for Mardi Gras, possibly St. Patrick's Day or one of many other festive occasions. Parts of it appear to be hand sewn. Measurements laying flat without stretching: 24" length 11" pit to pit
