I bought the skirt a size medium because there is elastic in the waistband and the extra large was just too big. The skirt has two faux cargo pockets on the side and a tie front belt. The jacket has shoulder pads. Two front flap over faux pockets, 6 decorative buttons in front and a tie belt.
