Anthropomorphic Vintage Big Oil On Canvas Dog Fishing Signed Hamilton 30x41 OOAK

This is a great old painting one of a kind, it is nice and big and strange! This same artist I have seen other anthropomorphic dogs and monkeys by him but i cannot find any other information anywhere. Its pretty old. The paint is crackled . It's very weird and cool and eye catching, great find! Please look closely at pictures as part of description.
