Crossbody, silver and black strap skull design with embroidery. There is no label tag on the inside from what I have seen online the brand may be sugar. Material unknown. The last picture shows a small dent in the top of the bag on the back. It has a snap closure and one small inside pocket. Preowned in very good condition.
