Chelsea & Theodore Black Sweater XL scalloped neckline pleated bottom tunic

Good preowned condition. Black tunic sweater pointelle knit (holes) with swing bottom. Very cute over leggings or jeans with black boots. I bought this for myself but my stomach roll was too prevalent. HAHA. Definitely accents waistline.
