(VG) Very Good - records have more obvious flaws than those graded higher. They lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with your fingerpad. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and ending. However, the noise will not overpower the music.

This is the original West Coast first mono pressing of 'Something New' by history's most phenomenal music group, The Beatles.. It was pressed by the Capitol Records Plant, Los Angeles, CA. First "West Coast" pressings have the tracklisting on the lable to the right-hand side and aligns with the "M" of "Something" from the title. Also, track B5 shown on both the rear cover and side 2 lable as "Komm, Gib Mir Deine Hand ( Want to Hold Your Hand...sung in German)."
