This Goretex jacket is slick and sexy, made for road cycling, waterproof and ultralight. There is a small puncture of the fabric at the neckline (see picture) from price tag. Black and White, made in Vietnam. Their site says “Full protection from the rain and wind in a storm, all packed down into half a pocket once it’s passed. This is our lightest waterproof shell ever. With no face fabric, water beads straight off. No saturation, no chilling effect and exceptional breathability.”
