About 10" across and about 6" deep around middle- sort of football sized. Bag holds a lot more than it looks - it's interior has only one side zip pocket, otherwise no pockets or dividers. 25" strap drop as pictured, no adjustable straps, but length can be adjusted by knotting straps.
