Vintage Spaniards Vs Moors Pewter Chess Set

Vintage Pewter Chess Set Spaniards vs Moors Historical chess set depicting the conflict in Spain between the Christians in gold and the Muslim Moors, in silver colors. Nice detail and interpretation of the pieces with the Moorish Queen having a veil covering her face and the King in a turban while the Christian King and Queen are crowned. Original faux leather case ~10.5" x 11" outside in great condition. Inside is damaged I’m assuming due to weight of the pieces. Some of the gold colored pieces have aging and tarnish to them. King height 2.5” Set weighs in case 5lbs 14 ozs
