Sticker inside says Ila of California. Great vintage condition. One line/mark on the outside as pictured,very hard to see, may be able to be polished out. This is a textured patent leather* (*I believe, I can't find any content labels). See measurements in pics with ruler. Colors are red, white, and blue.
