this is a dressy blouse/top from Bealls. the brand is one world live and let live and sized 2X the color is AZUL (blues, yellow, white and orange) edges of hem that is tapered and arm openings are sequined/studded. top piece is transparent and has a sewn in tank (see last photo) in light blue. I have attached photo of tag for bar code. hanging straps broke or missing is the only issue with this top. it's gorgeous but I lost to much weight.
