This sweater is new No tags but never worn to short for me in the front. Size is 2XL It is loose fitting. Short in the middle, long on the sides. It is adorable bell sleeves. This sweater is by Blue Mint. It is Black & White. 60% polyester and 40% Spandex. Approximately 23inches from the top to shortest part at bottom. Approximately 30 inches from armpit to armpit.
