C.C. Outlaw shrug. Anthropologie NWT. Beautiful lacy top. Light blue. Size Large. Ruffled open front. Short cardigan type blouse that hits at waist level on most. Sheer lace pattern with bell sleeves. Size is large but smaller sizes could rock this top as it's flowy and loose. Gorgeous top that would look fabulous with a camisole or bodysuit. Very boho chic.
