Size 12. Never worn. Red white and blue pattern asymmetrical hem. Adjustable crisscross back straps. Padded bra cups. Attached bottom is same print as swim dress. PTP 18”. Skirt length (bust to hem) 18”. Length is upper thigh. Very tiny snag left bust- see picture
