This is a beautiful dress for Spring and Summer, with neutral tones. Adjustable straps. This is a true wrap with an interior tie and then the outer thicker tie. I think this was from a sample sale - no fabric, designer, or size tags but fits my medium mannequin with a little room to spare so would likely work for a M/L as well.
